Configurator Methodology & Validation

Every output value in the THERMGLASS configurator suite is derived from published engineering standards. This page documents the calculation methods, input assumptions, boundary conditions, and known limitations for each tool.

The five THERMGLASS configurators are specification-assistance tools, not certified rating instruments. Outputs are indicative values derived from published standards and should be verified by independent testing before use in permit submissions, procurement contracts, or certified energy models.
