About THERMGLASS

THERM GLASS GROUP LLC — North American agent for the world's first continuous batch process Warm-Edge VIG manufacturing facility.

Our Mission

Bringing a Manufacturing Revolution to Market

THERMGLASS exists to make Vacuum Insulating Glass commercially viable at scale. For decades, VIG technology has promised transformative thermal performance — but conventional manufacturing processes kept it expensive, slow, and limited in volume.

As North American agent for a breakthrough continuous batch production facility, THERM GLASS GROUP LLC delivers true 3rd Generation Warm-Edge VIG at the volumes and price points that three critical markets have been waiting for: Architectural, Refrigeration, and Construction Vehicles.

45+ Years in Glass

Deep Industry Expertise

Ross Yudin, CEO of Therm Glass Group LLC, brings over 45 years of experience in the glass industry to THERMGLASS. That depth of knowledge — spanning fenestration, facade engineering, commercial refrigeration, and specialty glazing — informs every aspect of how we bring this technology to market.

We are not competing on product features alone. We are bringing a fundamentally different manufacturing process to market — one that changes the economics of VIG for every application we serve.

Agent, Not Manufacturer

Market Access & Commercial Agent

THERMGLASS is not a glass manufacturer — we are a market access and commercial agent for a world-class production facility with annual output capacity of 100,000 to 300,000 m². Our clients benefit from the full depth of manufacturing expertise, R&D investment, and production capacity of our facility partner, delivered through a focused North American commercial operation.

The same Warm-Edge VIG core drops into curtain wall facades, vinyl window frames, laminated glass assemblies, and steel storefront systems — building a core technology that fits into the frames and substrates already being specified today.
