2. Key performance of the product

Size, structural specification, U value, visible light transmittance and etc.(according to the order)

1) The manufacture promises that the products are up to the standard according to the tests on key

performance. The expected warranty period is 20 years under normal usage and stipulated working conditions.

2) Users should comply with the operation environment and announcement of the manufacture. If the relevant regulations and requirements from manufacture is violated during installation and usage, the warranty of the products will be invalid.

3) If the user can prove that it is the manufacture’s responsibility for the sub-quality products, the manufacture will provide qualified products with the same quantity as the sub-quality products and will do the compensation according to the appointment stated in the contract.

1) Temperature: -35℃ to +70℃

2) Humidity: ≤80%

3) Without the permission of the manufacture, VIG cannot be used under the following environment.

Long-term high temperature and high humidity

2 50℃ Temperature difference of the VIG at two sides is higher than 50℃ or long-term exposure to

the alternating temperature differences.

3 Chemical corrosion gas or liquid environment

4 7000Pa Pressure difference of the VIG at two sides is higher than 7000Pa or long-term exposure to the alternating pressure differences.

5 Continuous violent vibration

l Non-conformity with service condition requirements

l Unqualified storage

l Secondary cutting, bending ,tempering

l Installation without right standards or specifications

l Broken because of unsatisfactory carry, loading and unloading

l Corrosion from acid&soda material

l Overloading

l Bump and impact from other project

l Damage due to other persons or force majeure causes
