Built in 2012 and rated as the national building energy saving library demonstration unit in 2013. It adopts 10000m2 VIG curtain wall and daylighting roof. According to the calculation, compared with the use of insulating glass, it can save 430000 kwh of electricity and nearly 300000 yuan of capital every year. The weighted sound insulation of vacuum glass is up to 40 dB, which creates a quiet and comfortable reading environment for readers.
